- No Refund for Services Rendered: Once our marketing services have been provided or work has commenced, refunds are generally not issued. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as digital marketing campaigns, SEO work, social media management, content creation, and any other marketing-related services.
- Consultations and Strategy Sessions: If you paid for an initial consultation or strategy session and have not received any services, we may offer a refund, subject to certain conditions. Refund requests for consultations must be made within 7 days from the date of the consultation booking.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Service Cancellation: If you cancel a service before work has begun, you may receive a refund of any amounts paid, minus any administrative fees incurred by BEB MARKETING. You must notify us in writing (via email or phone) at least 48 hours before the start of any service.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you feel the service provided did not meet the agreed-upon deliverables, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the service.
